What kind of clothing does Sagerati offer?
Sagerati specializes in high-quality, stylish children’s clothing. We offer both ready-made garments and custom-tailored outfits, blending traditional Emirati elegance with playful, modern charm.
Do you offer custom tailoring for kids?
Yes! Custom tailoring is one of our signature services. We work closely with parents to create made-to-measure outfits tailored for comfort, fit, and style. You can contact us to begin the design process.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order through any of the following ways:
• Directly through our website
• Via WhatsApp using the number provided on the site
• Through Instagram DMs (for certain items and custom orders)
What sizes do you offer?
Our sizes range from newborn to 10 years old. For specific measurements, please refer to our size chart or get in touch for guidance.
Can I request changes to a custom order after placing it?
We start production shortly after order confirmation, so changes are only possible within the first 12 hours. After that, we may not be able to accommodate alterations.
Do you offer delivery across the UAE?
Yes, we deliver throughout the United Arab Emirates. Delivery timelines and costs will be shared at checkout or via WhatsApp when confirming your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only deliver within the UAE. We may expand to international shipping in the near future.
What is your return & refund policy?
You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in original condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
What if I receive a defective item?
In the rare event you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund right away.
